Losing one's mind along with other things

After joining a class to learn about blogging at the community Learning Centre (Otago Polytech)I decided to create a personal blog to practice on and then maybe attempt a more professional type of blog once I have ironed out all the creases.

I have just recently had a birthday (age will NOT be mentioned!), but obviously with the advancing of years comes the increased chance of losing not only youth, but also brain cells.

My Week
So far this week I have managed to talk to people I have known for quite some time and calling them by the wrong names, I forgot where I had parked the car after a couple of hours shopping (although this is not entirely unusual as I really hate shopping and get easily distracted) and finally to cap the week off I managed to lose ONE key off a key ring. Can anyone tell me how this could be done (not that I want to repeat the process!) and keeping in mind that I don't have the potential to do any magician type stuff as the fingers and brain don't co-ordinate that well?

Blogging
This is my second week of learning how to create a blog. Tonight I learnt how to post comments
and upload images into your blog (and if my image is to be believed, then I started living a while ago!).

Karen
love your image and your careful referencing of it.
Life (or at least a significant section of it) does begin at 40, so are you just on a new beginning? a bit of a challenge isn't it? these new beginnings.Keep cool.

Really enjoyed your comments Karen. I'm positive life begins at 40 although don't ask me how I know that:)

Love the blog - you're doing a great job.

I'm loving being 40, in fact am the 'wrong' side of 45 now. I feel quite liberated, much more so that when I was 30. A lot of that has to do with my kids growing up, I'm sure. But I feel healthy, (not wealthy) and starting to get wise. Go us gorgeous, older women!

You don't have to be 40 to lose your mind!! I lost my car once and I was only 37!! Well done Karen you've just helped me with another blog.
